At Right Touch Art Studio, each T-shirt is made to order specifically for you. Because shirts are produced after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. Please review your size, color, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders: If your T-shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Right Touch Art Studio as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the item, the issue, and the packaging so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.
If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we will work to have the item replaced or otherwise make the order right at no additional cost to you.
Sizing: Because every shirt is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size was ordered. Please review the available size chart before purchasing.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Right Touch Art Studio cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered or returned because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost Packages: If tracking indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
